The course was very useful and hightlighted areas how to become a successful. Kerry ensured we got the best value on each course attended and has been very encouraging personally. Lovely and friendly lady. However, it was reported that the first week of the course didnt go to smoothly but Kerry assured that the issuse was resolved. Finally i would recommend kerry in the near future to coordinate the next course in Birmingham.
